My yoga classes are designed for people who want to exercise to improve their body strength and mobility but may be busy and easily distracted (in other words, human . I have a warm and attentive teaching style and can accommodate all body types and flexibility levels. My goal is to empower my students to cultivate body awareness along with a confident posture and balance.

I offer private, group, corporate and classroom yoga sessions both in-person and online.

Each session incorporates gentle movement, strength training, mobility, and breathwork .
