Through one-on-one sessions, I am committed to helping my clients heal their relationship with food and create a plan that works for the long-term.

 
 

How it works

We begin with an initial consultation session (free of charge). Before starting any plan it is important to understand how we can work together and address your needs. Based on our conversation, we will come up with a plan and set short or long term goals. The food plan will change according to your needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In our time together, you’ll receive guidance, accountability and support to ensure you enjoy food, reach your nutrition goals and live a better quality of life.

Each month, depending on your goal you’ll receive an achievable lifestyle modification and 2 maintenance steps. We’ll schedule a weekly meeting and do realtime modifications when changing a meal or food, times and quantities as needed instead of sticking to a strict food plan.
